Trane Commercial brought us in to sharpen their brand for today and tomorrow—something big enough to unite the business and flexible enough to carry across products, people, and markets. We dug in: combing through strategy docs, interviewing leaders, and stress-testing insights until the core came into focus. Out of that work came a clear narrative built on a bold belief—"Diverse thinking turns problems into possibilities"—and a simple, powerful idea: Both/And. With that rallying point, we built a full verbal and visual system—from messaging to design to motion—that positioned Trane as the partner helping building owners balance profitability and sustainability. The result? A refreshed identity that the team embraced, competitors can’t match, and the market is already recognizing.
